Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that discounted items cannot be returned or refunded. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at heritagebyedem@gmail.com. The return address will then be provided to you. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us will be covered by you. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

 

Please note that refunds on returns will be on items that are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. 

 

If your refund has been approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

DAMAGES, ISSUES AND EXCHANGES

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

In the event that you received the wrong item or it was damaged, please email us as soon as possible at heritagebyedem@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and if we find that we were liable for the damage, we will gladly send you a replacement item. Shipping costs will be covered by us.

CANCELLATIONS
 

Please note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been processed and after shipping has been booked. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed but shipping has not been booked, you will receive 80% of the value of your purchase.  You can, however, cancel your order anytime before receiving the order confirmation and processing email or notification.
