Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We offer R 120 flat rate door to door shipping nationwide. This takes 2 - 4 business days in regional areas, and outlying areas are serviced on weekly on certain days as determined by the shipping company. 

 

We also offer Pep Paxi in store collection at your nearest Pep store at R 59.99. This takes 7 - 9 business days. 

 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Pretoria North . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 - 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with directions to the pickup location.
